1. The service. Intumwa provides email marketing, online storefront, order, and business tools ("the Service") to registered businesses. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
2. Your content & data. You own your subscriber lists, products, and content. You are responsible for having consent to email the people on your lists and for the accuracy of what you sell. Accounts sending spam or illegal content may be suspended.
3. Payments. Plans are billed as displayed at signup. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use. No unlawful goods, deceptive marketing, or abuse of the platform. Sending limits may apply to protect deliverability for everyone.
5. Liability. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
6. Termination. You may export your data and close your account anytime from Settings. Accounts violating these terms may be terminated.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
